We regret to inform you that NexVault does not accept returns for refunds or exchanges. All purchases made through our platform are considered final sale.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement only upon submission of a complete, unedited unboxing video. Every product is thoroughly inspected for quality and functionality before dispatch.

Replacement Policy
NexVault does not offer warranties or guarantees on any of our products. However, if an item is damaged during transit, we will replace it only after receiving an uncut unboxing video from the customer. All products undergo strict quality checks prior to shipping.

Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Upon approval of your replacement request, we will provide the necessary return instructions and address details.
