At NexVault, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and timely delivery experience for every customer. Please read the shipping details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.


Shipping Timelines

Most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries to regions closer to Kerala typically arrive within 2–4 days.

Note: Delivery speed may vary depending on location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

We ship using trusted and reliable courier services, including:

  • India Post

  • DTDC

  • Delhivery

These partners help ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.


Shipping Costs

We offer two payment modes:

Prepaid Orders
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹499

Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Available on orders above ₹100

  • COD fee: ₹49, payable at the time of delivery


Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on special cases, high-volume periods, or stock availability.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
All orders are shipped within India only.


Delivery Confirmation

A tracking number will be shared within 24 hours of order confirmation.
In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed depending on courier operations.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, we provide replacements.

To claim a replacement, the customer must submit a complete, uncut unboxing video clearly showing the issue from the beginning of the unboxing process.


Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us with valid proof

  • Once verified, we will process a replacement for your order


Return to Sender (RTS)

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or other delivery issues:

  • We will resend the parcel after verifying the correct delivery details with the customer


Holiday Delays

Delays may occur during public holidays, festivals, or under special conditions.
While we strive to dispatch and deliver promptly, we appreciate your understanding during such times.
